We realize having a brick and mortar storefront limits the variety of products we can carry, and pets often have special diets or products they prefer that just won't fit on our shelves. In order to combat this issue, we offer a special order program to all of our customers. As long as a product comes through one of our regular distributors, we are more than happy to order it for you at no extra charge.  

We can even set you up on a custom recurring order program where we always have your products in stock for you when you need them. A lot of our clients special order raw food in bulk quantities, which we order at specified intervals and keep in our stockroom freezer, so it's always fresh and there when they need it. 

We're very adaptable to your needs and hope to become your one stop shop for everything your pet loves!
